Development
Maya Trading continues to develop and provide new technologies.
We have been engaged in textile processing for a long time since our establishment.
The textile industry is always pursuit new ideas and trends. In the field of textile printing, we strive to create finer lines and clearer colors without bleeding, and in the field of dyeing and finishing, we conduct research and development to meet all kinds of customer needs to ensure that uncertain limits can be met.
Some examples what we proposed
- Printing thickener
- To simplify the process of dissolving the original thickener, the packing capacity is adjusted to meet the needs of each user, which eliminates the process of measuring the contents.
In addition to this, we can combine various sizing agents for those that cannot be used alone to achieve a complete textile printing effect, as well as composite products such as the ALCOTT and SANTOS series which are pre-mixed with chemicals, making it possible to simplify the work process even more than before. - Deepening process
- During the dyeing process, there is a limit to the dyeing density, therefore the amount of dyestuff used is raised to the limit, and then the density is further increased in the finishing process. Also depending on the dyeing process, the hue of the dyed fabric can get "bluish" or "reddish" finish.
However, chalk mark (whitening phenomenon) problem occurs when pursuing the deepening effect.
Based on our many years of experience, we have developed the BUILDER series to meet the needs and problems of dyeing like above. - Fireproof finish
- Most of the banner flags used as advertising media in Japan are made from polyester fabric with pigment printing.
Both the polyester fabric to be printed and the acrylic binder used as printing paste are flammable.
However, by using our FR MU-140 in combination with the acrylic binder, a fire retardant effect can be achieved.
